PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS ~ Riding a motorcycle requires alertness, coordination, balance, grip and fine muscle control of the hands and feet. Certain medical conditions, recent surgery or injury and/or certain prescription or over-the-counter drugs may interfere with safe motorcycle operation. If you have a history of dizzy spells, fainting, seizures, epilepsy, muscular, balance/inner ear or other physical or stress related problems, are recovering from recent injury or surgery and/or are taking prescription or over-the-counter medications, it is imperative that you consult with your doctor or pharmacist before the course to determine if your medical condition, or the drugs that you are taking for it, could interfere with your ability to operate a motorcycle. Feel free to contact our office for details. By signing our form you acknowledge the aforementioned and certify you meet the physical requirements.

REFUND ~ If the student fails to attend any of his/her course sessions once the course begins he/she will forfeit the entire course fee. Students must attend ALL sessions of the course! There will be no exceptions. Students must allow additional time in their schedule for the possibility of inclement weather conditions for motorcycle riding or extended learning time.

RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION FEE ~ If you fail to contact our office within 10 days prior to your scheduled class time to reschedule you will forfeit a $50.00 cancellation fee. The $50 will in not be refunded. If you cancel before ten days there will be a $20 processing fee.

RETURNED CHECK FEE ~ A returned check fee will be charged when your payment check is returned by your bank. Checks are typically returned because of insufficient funds, check cancellation, or account closure. Any returned check will have a fee of $25.00 applied. In the case that you have a returned check, call the office to arrange for payment. If full payment is not received prior to class completion, you will not receive your waiver and an additional $20 processing fee may incur.
